Park Properties is a contemporary Property Management Company where we strive to build the highest quality of comfort and convenience as well as energy efficient apartments. The atmosphere created by Park Properties is that of a New England-type country setting-out of the downtown areas, yet near the main stream of today's' excitement. It's a community of exceptionally-designed apartments, with lush landscaping, and lovely pools of unusual design and size with waterfalls, pond sprays, and other attractive accents.

Statement of our Goals

We pride our workmanship on the quality of our apartment buildings that are made of all wood, no hard board or pressed board are used on any of our buildings. Our buildings are insulated with a full thick batt if insulation (R-13), which is then covered with 1/2" thermax board or its equivalent (R.5): the inside walls are covered with aluminum foil or fourmill polyethylene, which gives an average insulation of (R-19). The doors and windows are all thermopane insulated with an air space between each section of glass which stops the formation of moisture on the inside, and provides additional insulation. . Both the front and patio doors are steel clad with styrofoam-insulated cores, which is a method of insulation that has proven much better than the conventional hollow-core doors. Weather-striping is of a new neoprene-type rubber which is interlocked in the wood jamb, causing the door to self-insulate when closed. We utilize the high-efficiency heat pumps and air conditioning systems to maximize energy which saves you money. Filters are replaced every 60 days or as needed.

Exterior Facilities

To maintain a superior physical appearance for all of our complexes, we have trash receptacles that are distributed throughout the complex and maintained daily. The grounds are consistently maintained on a daily basis. Although quality construction is our first goal, landscaping is our very next priority. We take pride in professional landscaping year-round. Also all of our windows are lined with white or off white background so as to to insure uniformity in exterior appearance.
